Place is a fast-growing venture-backed software company that natively combines revenue management with financial forecasting and planning. The complete solution joins together the flexibility and automation of revenue management features with the financial forecasting, cash management, human capital management, and scenario modeling that businesses require to stay competitive and be more agile in their decision-making. 


We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a data-driven, process-focused, and innovative Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and will be responsible for creating a high-quality pipeline in our Go-To-Market motion.


Responsibilities


  • Bringing a strategic vision and innovative approach to build upon our lead generation and ABM programs.
  • Building a multi-channel, multi-touch digital engagement strategy with a cross-functional team of marketers and vendors to execute campaigns that nurture leads and convert opportunities through various tactics including digital advertising, SEO, content, emails, direct mail, newsletters, and events.
  • Partnering with product marketing and content marketing to develop an annual content strategy that can be utilized to fuel marketing and nurture programs.
  • Driving the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel
  • Delivering quality opportunities to our sales team while enabling them to effectively convert them into pipeline and revenue, collect feedback from the field on an ongoing basis to optimize campaigns, and closely monitor ROI.
  • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue
  • Working with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies and campaigns across key buyer personas
  • Implementing new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations
  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content, SEM, and paid digital
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and web analytics
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • B2B / SaaS experience (Finance experience a plus)
