The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue from our partner ecosystem. You will be expected to develop and execute a go-to-market channel strategy that will enable us to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsible for ensuring revenue targets are achieved
  • Lead our partnership and strategy with Salesforce
  • Create, develop, and manage relationships with Salesforce executives, sales, and delivery teams
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy for Salesforce Consulting/SI Partners
  • Develop the reseller and referral partners program
  • Develop channel partnership strategy with the accounting software we integrate with (currently QBO and Xero)
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment to make partners successful
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with strategic alliances, partnership or channel sales
  • Experience either as a Salesforce employee, partner or have worked in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience with developing go-to-market strategies for various channel segments
  • Strategic long-term relationship building perspective and experience

  • Develop and manage processes to ensure incoming chats, emails, tickets, and calls are handled with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Implement and manage the tools to enable us to deliver support at scale as the company grows: case management, knowledgebase, Trailhead, self-help, customer feedback management, etc.

  • Educate and evangelize the benefits of using our product and ensure prospective customers are achieving that value
  • Nurture relationships with our existing customers and ensure they are maximizing the usage of our products
  • Handle functional questions and escalate technical needs as necessary
  • Engage in regular meetings with the relevant internal and external stakeholders managing pre-sales and project priorities
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of finance and/or accounting
  • “Hunter” sales mentality and drive
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and general business operations
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
